Yours has been delayed because Fritz took too long to clear it, and hopefully they'll get it to you today anyway.

Unfortunately I've found three other players that are held by customs for all the ridiculous old reasons that we haven't heard in a very long time. I guess I spoke too soon :-(

I've faxed the appropriate documentation to FedEx, but what it boils down to is that Customs have lost paperwork (in one case) or haven't a clue what an MP3 player is.

If any US clients are advised that they will have to pay duty, you should query this strongly - we have always shipped empegs on harmonized code 8471 5030 00 and it is zero rated for duty in the US.
