I understand the reasoning behind the new speakers, and I honestly want to upgrade them, just not now. In the future I will, but not now. Another factor that I failed to mention, was that as a birthday (July 16th) present, my father agreed to put up the cost of the sub enclosure (the new console). So I'm not really paying for that. This doesn't mean that now I have enough to buy the speakers, just that because he's paying for the sub installation, it would cost me more to just get the speakers instead of the sub.

Trust me, I really want the speakers, and if I find a way, I'll get them. But at the moment, unless I find I'm making more than I thought (unlikely), I can't afford them. Maybe I'll put a kidney up on ebay...
