Dell appears to be selling them for cheap - well under $100 after rebate, with free shipping.

There is an issue about the broken link for the rebate itself, but - what I know about Dell is that it's valid and the rebate pdf should be up soon. If not, I still believe a phone call will take care of it.

I'm getting a second one (well I ordered it, we'll see), hooking it up with my other 120SE on my RAID board, and then timing how long boot up takes
