Win32 is definitely a target platform for the Java host and should work with the alpha release. The problem is figuring out how to configure the various services and documenting the install much as I've done for Debian Linux.

I'm working on the alpha and won't have time to document again at least until it's feature-complete for beta. But if someone does this, it'll be posted to the jreceiver_user group at groups.yahoo.com.
