I didn't realize that the windows software exports the rio receiver's filesystem as read-only. So, previously, when you tried to save a configuration, it would fail -- as it couldn't write to disk.

This version fixes this problem by storing the configurations in place of the playlists. This seems to work fairly well.

I've also finally gotten around to adding resampling (same resampling code from the Mad distribution that's in rioplay), as well as making the POWER button actually do something.
