Slightly, perhaps 0.5% false-positive rate for me, and that for messages that do look somewhat like spam (mostly newsletters in HTML). Still, makes checking spam folder necessary. Then again, I am yet to see a spam filter where it is not. For example, well-trained K9 has perhaps 0.1% false-positive rate (which you pay for with at least 10% false-negative), and PopFile both in 1% range, in my experience. Depends on how consistent one's perception of spam is, too, of course.
