That's just it: Through the 80's, I don't think I ever saw him with a guitar, at least not on MTV or on album covers.
I agree the outfit matches.
I'm still leaning toward Cindy Wilson of the B-52's for #19. She's the beehive wearer of the band, so if that image is supposed to be a nod for the B-52's, that's her, not Pierson, who most often appeared with hair in a pouffy 'do or down.
I'm with you there. But I'm still sticking on the collar and belt, which are called out in white ink on the actual t-shirt. Something about that is tickling the back of my mind, like I should remember it from a specific 80's video. And I can't find any B-52's videos with that particular getup. And I'm a B-52's *fan*.
