Point taken. I guess I was say that I doubt Ford has gone in and sourced different suppliers and changed factory procedures.

About message boards, they are kinda like this one. People don't post to say "my car is perfect!" The VW, Audi and Subaru boards that I frequent are riddled with complaints. So are the DSM (Mitsubishi) boards from what I hear. I think it is just human nature to only visit boards when experiencing problems.
