CrackersMcCheese pooh-bah Registered: 14/01/2002 Posts: 2489	I'm always so greatful for this forum - it has prevented me from looking incompetent on many an occasion! So... I have 300 email addresses in an Access database field. Is there an easy way to export them to Outlook Express as an address book for a mailing list?

andy carpal tunnel Registered: 10/06/1999 Posts: 5914 Loc: Wivenhoe, Essex, UK	Yeah, easy. In Access export a table as a .csv file. In OE input an "Other Address book", selecting the csv you exported. You then get to choose which fields in the csv end up in which field in the address book. _________________________ Remind me to change my signature to something more interesting someday
