Any updates on the arrival date of the FM radio module? Is October still in the plans?

;-)

I'll check the progress when I get back to the office tomorrow, but as at the end of last week the test batch of tuner modules had been assembled and testing was going well. The metalwork people have to finalise a case design, and we need to get quantities of boards built, but we were well on schedule (albeit, our revised "late" schedule ).

I'm looking forward to getting a radio back in the car - hope the module turns up soon! Is it at all possible to add a DAB tuner and where could I get one?

Will the tuner module be compatible with the Mark 1 units
code wise? What is the latest news on implementing things
like auto tuning and TA on MK1 units?

Yes, it will be compatible, though the limitations of the mk1 hardware still apply. John's been doing a lot of work on AF lists; TA should be along before 1.1 hopefully along with other features.

I'm sorry but a whole minute for a reply is a bit much!

Yeah... I thought Empeg was all about customer service and support... But 60 whole seconds to field a simple question? Maybe they're not the client-focused company we once thought they were...
