I got rid of my satellite dish about 3-6 months ago. I had a DirecTV Receiver w/TIVO built-in. I no longer need the Receiver.

Unfortunately, I seemed to have lost the power cord (standard power cable same as PS2/XBOX/etc) and the Remote Control.

If you are interested in it, it has a 40GB Hard Drive in it (approximately 30 hours).

I am willing to sell it for $100 or Best Offer. Shipping is negotiable.

If you find the remote, and the tivo is still for sale, let me know.

The Tivo peanut remotes do not work with the SAT-T60.

Come on, Rob, use a JP1-capable remote and program it yourself. My Tivo remote is gathering dust in a cabinet at the moment...

Is there a JP1 connector on the peanut? Let me specify I mean the newer, longer peanut.

I don't doubt you, I just don't remember. I am fairly certain the the SAT-T60 remote doesn't have one (near the battery door at least).

EDIT: I thought I read "JP1cable" instead of "JP1 capable." I am not really interested in using a non-Tivo remote. Some recommend some off-brand universal as a good alternative (or replacement), but I never really liked those things and it's not specialized for Tivo functions. I will check it out though....

Also, if anyone else that does not have a Tivo wants this thing, please feel free to buy it out from under me. I already have 2 series1 Tivos in service and a series1 spare as well.

The Tivo peanut remotes do not work with the SAT-T60.
Interestingly, this seems to be totally a software difference. I swapped the hard drive from a fried Philips TiVo to a Sony TiVo to recover some recordings and it would no longer respond to the Sony remote. I had to drive back home to collect a peanut remote.
