pgrzelak carpal tunnel Registered: 15/08/2000 Posts: 4859 Loc: New Jersey, USA	My guess is that the player application is crashing and restarting - possibly due to a corrupt music file or database. First, (assuming you have a developer kernel installed) quit to the command prompt. Then run the player application with "player -i" to clear the current playlist. That might fix your problem. And when i try to make sure and upgrade the developer version bc i am not sure its installed, upon bootup, its not recognized, and the screen still bounces back and forth to "Loading Music Databases" to "Loading Playlist". whats wrong? _________________________ Mk2-60Gig 89 Honda EF-9 JSpec
