I tried to access the video in the FAQ to reassemble the display, getting it ready to send for repair. The video (or link) does not seem to work. The drive replacement does but the others in that section don't (at least for me)...anyone able to help?
Thanks

The links are good. Perhaps the problem is that you haven't got a piece of software that can play MPEG movies. Try getting the latest version of Windows Media Player, that should do it.

Thanks. I can view it here at home but not from work. I do have the media players and have no problem with stuff on the local drive. Must be a setting on our side somewhere.
Thanks again.

Video streaming probably won't work through a company firewall.

While we're FAQ-bashing...

Today I noticed that the link http://tools.autoaudio.com/flowchart/ found here is broken. After a bit of URL editing it appears that that domain is up for sale so nothing doing link-wise

I must say that the non-empeg-using-person I was helping out today was quite appreciative of the FAQ backgrounder on ground loops - I sense another potential empeg convertee!
