When posting here in the troubleshooting forum, please:
- State the version of your player firmware (found in the player's ABOUT menu), if you're having a problem with the player itself.
- State the version of your emplode software (found in emplode's ABOUT menu), if you're having a problem with synching.
- State the type of connection you're using (usb, ethernet, etc.) if you're having a problem with synching. And if it's USB on Windows XP or later, click here
- If you're using an alpha or beta version, or if you're using something other than factory software (for example, if you're using Hijack, if you've run Fidsift, if you've modified your config.ini, or you're using Jemplode) please clearly say so and give versions.
It'll help us find a solution quicker.
