Seems like a pretty good deal. Check it out. 5400 RPM 8MB cache Seagate.

Let me know when you see the 120GB drives available. I only have about 1.5GB left, and I think I will need to upgrade after all... Especially with HP6 due out this summer.

I cant even begin to realize what its like to have almost 200gig's worth of music. I just barely hit the 20gig mark and I was impressed with that

Well, I will be the first to admit that I do not listen to it all every day. Most of my day to day use is with a randomized playlist of a few thousand favorite tracks. I could function in 20GB if I really had to. (I do this on my Karma, but it irks me.)

But I have a rather large CD library and a lot of audiobooks that I downloaded from subscription sites. I also tend to use rather high variable bitrates for my audio. It fills rather quickly...

You've got a great collection. Bought a lot of Phish since I last saw your list.

Wow, that's a nice deal. Though I have been reading complaints about the noise level of the Seagate 100 GB drives Apple is putting in the new PowerBooks. I don't know how much merit there is to it but worth looking into if you're picky about that.

Arn't Powerbooks typically dead silent? I mean just about any noise would get noticed.
