I ordered an Empeg Mk II yesterday (which hopefully is heading my way). It's going to go into an Isuzu Rodeo w/ a Rockford head unit. I saw a site on the net showing a rodeo install:

Where is announced:

"Note: If you have an Isuzu Rodeo/Honda Passport, order your Empeg with a diode cable. This is needed to properly
shut down the Empeg in these SUVs. "

I didn't see this as an option when ordering, but I sent an email to their sales staff. Does anyone happen to know if this is cable is available?

I haven't heard anything back confirming my order or the cable question yet. Hopefully it's on its way, I think the time difference may be working against me here. ;)

Yes, the diode adapter is available. To get it, you should email Support, not Sales. Check out this FAQ entry on the subject of the Diode.
