My very first, synchronisation error, ever!

'Sycnhronisation failed at Stage 5 with error ......'

This is on 9b with 9b empload.

I was loading a number of albums (3 in total) onto the empeg when it died. I lost most of what had been transferred. I tried it again (one album at a time) and everything seems okay now.

I don't know this for sure, but I think it's helpful to the Empeg folks if you can write down the hexadecimal error number that appeared in the box after the words "stage 5"

Note: Every time you get a synch error, double check your "Unattached Items" folder before doing anything else. Sometimes a song will be uploaded, but its corresponding playlist will not, and you'll get stray songs sitting in that folder. I only say this because you said it was your very first synch error and you might not have ever seen this behavior before.
