does anyone know much about this player? it looks a little clunkier than the rio car and it doesn't look like you can take it inside to your home stereo.

It is the Neo 35. Search for that term on the BBS, or Google. You will get the info you want.

thats what i was using until i got the RIOCar. It's far inferior from just about all aspects (sound quality, UI, featureset, etc.)

the only good thing about it is that it mounts into an IDE slot on your home computer, and it's very easy to synchronize files. you can even use the "my briefcase" feature in windows to keep your player and computer synced.

I used to have one too. Along with many others from this board who have transferred from the neo 35 to riocar/empeg.
