I cannot imagine why anyone would actually want this number, unless they enjoy being woken up at odd hours of the night by drunk college students who just came home from 80's night at the Shandygaff. The fact that anyone would want it in NEW YORK FREAKING CITY is even more ridiculous. Oh, and I doubt anyone seriously paid the amount listed for it.
