Gallagher419 journeyman Registered: 14/12/2004 Posts: 95	Hello all it's been a long time since I've been around and I'm having trouble opening the upgrade files on my cpu. When I double click the upgrade file I get this message: The Archive is either in unknown format or damaged. I am running Windows XP and I'm having this problem on both of my cpu's. Any ideas? Thanks!

mlord carpal tunnel Registered: 29/08/2000 Posts: 14478 Loc: Canada	Do you have the Rio software installed on your XP system? It's necessary for .upgrade files to work, I believe. Cheers
