I had to switch once too when I moved out of town. I knew that the carrier was "shady" but I tried it anyway. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great (or even good for that matter.) And the fact that I had lived less than 1 mile from my DSL CO (great throughput) wasn't helping much either.

I eventually switched back as well. Unfortunately getting re-connected reinforced why I tried the Cable in the first place.... The phone Company got involved. [sad]
