There was a review on /. of a home router that was supposed to do this, but the reviews were mediocre, and you'd have to buy a $~250 router... The problem that arises is that using seperate IP addresses the most you're ever going to be able to load balance them is on a per-connection basis, and the average person or home network doesn't have too many connections going at once. Well, I take that back to some extent, as Kazaa and other filesharing apps will download seperate parts of a file from different people at the same time, so perhaps that would help.

Honestly, how many people spend a lot of time with their DSL/Cable connection maxed out? I hardly ever find large downloads that are nearly as fast as my baseline DSL connection.
