Re-reading my post, I wasn't clear in my sarcasm hehe. I meant that if I had cable TV service for this month but will be out of town for 3 weeks, it'd be nice to prorate. And your agreement says you get so many GB of uploads or downloads a month, it shouldn't matter. You've paid for it...
