There was another thread on this topic a while back. Getting the command line parameters right for LAME-gapless is very tricky.

The only way I was ever able to do it was to rip everything to wave files and then hand-run lame with multiple track numbers on the command line, all as one huge batch. Dunno if EAC even allows this.
