Quite a few of the studenty bars in Edinburgh (okay, most of them) sell Absinthe cocktails. Most notably, a great bar called Bar Kohl has a Red Bull, Absinthe and Aftershock cocktail. Can't remember what it's called. In fact I can't remember much of that night at all!!!
