I've never had any of these pause/dropout problems described in this thread.

Questions to those experiencing dropout problems...

1) Does your config.ini contain the entry that changes the amount of reserved cache memory on the player?

2) Are you running beta 13?

3) Have you replaced your init or are you running any other programs at startup other than the default player software?

4) How many tracks exist on your player?

I have only about 2000 tracks on my player and I'm not doing any of the above.
