I've had that happen to me, once, and only once. It was annoying, but I ignore that it happened since it hasn't done it again. Of course, now that I've said that, it'll happen on my way home today.

I have a feeling it was a corrupt file. I seem to have a few of those around, and I keep getting more and more... Might be that one of my drives is failing....great.
