I think it is a bit sparse with information on his page. Like what kind of payment does he accept? PayPal? Creditcard? Also which colors does he have?

Perhaps his page isn't formatting correctly for you. He has links on that main page to the ordering screens, where you can see every available color and there are clearly labeled PayPal buttons for placing the orders through PayPal.
