You've upgraded to the latest (5.5.10.0)?

Just as with the MP3's, that usually happens when there are errors in the original file. When that happens, I usually just run the original through TMPGEnc or the like, and all is well. I've found that Nero is very fussy about frame errors, desync's, etc.
