From looking at your picture I'd say they were 10K. Using the other colours as a reference (brown, black and gold) the multiplier certainly looks orange to me, but, if you're certain it's yellow then they've got to be 100K.
From experience I've found that faulty resistors are usually either high in value or open circuit. For me this adds weight to them probably being 10K components that have 'gone high'.
I guess you've already looked for other identical resistors in the PSU that you could measure for comparison?
