See pic. When any of the playlists are selected, I can't reposition them within the view except by using the Auto-Sort button (notice how the Up and Down arrows can't be selected). I thought maybe this was a bug related to there being only playlists and no "tunes" to sort, but in my "Artists" playlist, there exist only other playlists (no tunes) but the "Up" and "Down" arrows do work.
