Relatively speaking, Austin isn't that far from Fredricksburg. I think it's only an hour drive or so.

But, naturally, you can say anything you want as long as you throw in the phrase "relatively speaking". See examples:

"All Bush Presidents are Fascists, ... relatively speaking."

"Margaret Thatcher is soooo hot, ... relatively speaking."
