I dread the thought of re-ripping everything (I don't have the time to spare), but if it means lossless compression, I will do it. I have never ripped to FLAC. Any good recommendations on rippers / encoders / methodologies?

Of course, if the files are significantly larger than what I have now, I might have to wait until I can upgrade my drives again...
