When I say ISO connector - I don't mean at the back of the stereo (it's got an ISO power/audio/etc cablely thing ) he's actually talking about the rectangualr shaped hole in the dash.

Allegedly he's got two screws on the sides of the stereo unit, rather than tabs to press down, as with the empeg sled.

Does this make sense?
