No...I have plenty of output from the other head unit...just lots of alternator whine as well...like i said above i have swapped my Rio for my frineds and the noise was negligible.....thus it must be my HU..took it apart and all of the wires are tight in their respective places, so i must be one of the 1000000000 of little silicone things that make this unit work...hopefully customer support is still around to take a look at this for me!
