Yeah. I agree that the Nokia software just about works. If you don't have the simplest case for what they're aiming for then it'll do really weird things.
The Ericsson (XTNDConnect or however you capitalise it) software was much better. It wasn't brilliant but was definately much better than the Nokia software. It was better integrated with Outlook for one.
The old software for my R520m was able to sync the contacts and appointments properly and also had the ability to download the SMS messages into Outlook. The software that comes with my 7650 is useless, then again the 7650 isn't the best thing in the world. The 7650 insists that you sort your phonebook lastname, firstname.
