There's no way to import them yet (from what I've seen).

One thing I would like to see as a feature of either emplode or jemplode once FLAC is supported is this.

I keep my OGG and FLAC files in the same directories. I have my music seperate like this

/music/A/Artist/Album/Artist - Album - Track# - Trackname.flac / .ogg

In some cases I may want to grab the FLAC's but in most cases not. I think it would be nice if I could disable certain file formats to import, so I can easily reimport all of my music without getting the FLAC's and only saving FLAC for certain things.
