Out of curiosity, have you worked out what the problem was that was causing it to not respond to commands?

The only think I can see wrong with the display is possibly a hairline fracture in the glass separator.

If anyone (Rod, Rob, anyone at empeg) needs any money in the process of repairing this, let me know and PayPal can be your friend... (or PayMate, or direct money transfer, or international wire, or small brightly-coloured beads, or...)
