I was wondering what reasons people had to register or not register.

Here is my reason not to register, until now: it seems that there's no way to modify your registration info once entered. Since I only got my empeg installed today, I didn't want to lie in the registration info that I have it installed and I also didn't want it to say "not installed" for all eternity.

Anyway, problem solved.
