You could also offer a service to swap out the Mk2 rotary encoder for the Mk2a rotary encoder, so that folks with the Mk2s could get a quadruple-whammy of an upgrade: Light kit, clear buttons, new (not worn-out) encoder, and new (quieter click) type of encoder.



Thanks for the plug! We are unofficially replacing encoders. We've done one and it works fine, but we'd very much like to get a hold of the OEM model Alps encoder with .5mm of travel rather than the 1.5mm we have now, but Alps seems to deem the American market suited only for the 1.5mm ones. Anyway, we're still looking.
