Okay for everybody here who feels Empeg does not give good support ... Do like me ...

If anyone here feels we don't give good support then I'd appreciate getting an email ([email protected]) telling me why that is. If you have a point then I'll do something about it.

I can only think of one recent instance where someone has complained about the support, but in his case I feel we actually did a good job and I don't see any need for changes.
