I'd recommend checking out DSL Reports. They have a CO Distance calculator, and a ton of useful information regarding DSL and other broadband solutions.

You should be able to at least get iDSL. I believe it goes out to something like 26000-27000 ft. I had it before when I was ~ 21000 ft out; not the greatest speed, but better than dial up.

Edit: Next time I'll read your post more carefully and see that you've already been to DSL Reports. That's what I get for reading the board at 4 AM. Speaking of which, I should be in bed...
