My only additional recommendation is to have a fan blowing cool air over your disk drive(s).

As described in an eerily similar thread about my own built PC, I did a little trick with mine...



I liked this solution better than those little drive-bay-front-fan units because it's a larger fan that moves more air more quietly than the tiny litte dual-fan units on the premade models.
