Are you sure your mobo can handle a 3200? Most boards that would have come with a 2100 a year or two ago are unlikely to be able to take a 3200. Power supply and FSB are the likely limitations. Most older boards simply won't have the 400MHz FSB (actually 200 I think isn't it but double pumped?)
