Okay. This gets a little tricky. There is nothing here that cannot be fixed, but it might require a little playing around. I suspect that you wiped the drives and (if fdisk was involved) all of the partitions. But, if this is the case, windows would have only created one partition...
Can you get to the command line on the drives? If so, please tell me what you get from the command "fdisk -l /dev/hda" and fdisk -l /dev/hdc". (That is a lower case L...)
