Emplode crashes? I've read your descriptions of this convoluted process, but I always assumed it was a player issue. If it is really just Emplode have you tried syncing with jEmplode instead? I'm not that far from the 0x6FFF boundary (maybe another 6 months or so) and it would be interesting to know if jEmplode avoids this bug.
