Um, that's CSV, not CVS.

CSV stands for Comma Separated Values, and it's an Ascii text file with all the database entries separated by commas.

You can import this data into an Excel spreadsheet (or any program that imports CSV files such as a database program). In there, you can tweak and re-order the data in dozens of different ways. Then you can print it however you want.
