I'm not having a problem with the extraction. I have a series 2 so I just have to use the tivo desktop program to get the files to my computer. After that I used this program to get rid of the drm stuff and leave me with a mpeg2 file.

I just want to convert the mpeg2 files to something smaller. (file size wise)
