In the interest of sharing new toys, check out the latest addition to my family. Not sure if anyone else here is into homebrewing, but I special ordered a new temperature controlled stainless conical fermenter today. Has a chiller and a heater, the chiller can pull up to a 30 degree (F) temp differential. They custom build them, so it'll be about a month before I get it. Woo hoo no more siphoning and no more carboy cleaning for me!
