Where did you use Onyx ? It is much better than it was >4 years ago, lot of use of AJAX type technologies (before they were called AJAX) have made it much faster for a start. It it still firmly tied to Internet Explorer though...

Anyway, firmly off topic, no one would buy Onyx just to use it as a bug tracking tool
